phone convo with mike - we talked about hospitalizations and the habits that've put us there. i remembered claudette to him. he seems to be through the worst of it and is recovering well. he'll be up here soon and we'll get to spend time together.

healing time with self - focused on my center. focused on healing. spending time with myself as if i was a friend is as neccessary as spending time loving the cats. its very similar.

dinner with cheryl & bill - homemade hummus, fresh carrots, celery, peppers, and heart-shaped cookies :) we remembered nirvana and cobain's (heart-shaped) suicide.
